GeoSatellite is a desktop software designed for geographic location simulation for testing and development purposes on compatible devices.

The software is used for:

• Application development
• System testing
• Educational and research purposes

2. Legal Use Only

You agree to use the software in compliance with all applicable local and international laws. You may not use the software for:

• Any fraudulent activity
• Circumventing other platforms' systems or policies
• Spoofing location to harm others
• Any illegal activity

The user bears full responsibility for how they use the software.

3. License

Upon purchasing a subscription, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software on the number of devices permitted by your plan.

You may not share, resell, or distribute the license key.

4. Device Activation

The number of activations is limited to the number specified at purchase. Any attempt to circumvent activation limits may result in suspension or cancellation of the license.

5. Subscription & Payment

All payments are processed through Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you agree to recurring billing unless you cancel. Manage your subscription (card updates, cancellation, invoices) through the Paddle portal.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any license if these terms are violated.

7. Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not responsible for:

• Account bans from other platforms
• Device restrictions
• Third-party penalties
• Data loss
• Misuse of the software

Your use of the software is at your own risk.

8. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the software means you accept any changes.
